At Pury’s Bakery, we bring the warmth of tradition and the taste of Chilean authenticity to every bite. All of our pastries are fresh, home-made, and locally baked in Parry Sound, Ontario, using recipes perfected over more than 20 years of baking experience.

Pury's Bakery
My passion for baking comes from a love for sharing, nourishing and creating wonderful experiences and memories with loved ones. Growing up in Chile, I fell in love with the traditional foods I was raised eating and the delicious sweets that accompanied them. With now over 20 years of baking experience, I continue to share my passion for baking to provide you and your loved ones wonderful experiences in sharing and nourishing together.
Authentic Chilean Pastries
Our specialty is the Alfajor—a world-famous treat enjoyed across Latin America. In Chile, they’re known as Chilenitos: delicate cookies filled with smooth dulce de leche and finished with just the right touch of sweetness. Every bite carries the comfort of home and the richness of Chilean tradition.
More than Chilean Classics
In addition to our Chilenitos, Pury crafts biscotti and other beloved pastries from around the world. Each recipe has been carefully refined, making Pury’s baked goods a one-of-a-kind favourite at farmer’s markets across Ontario.
